About Me
Hi, I'm Kim — a mom, licensed therapist, and late-diagnosed ADHDer.
Growing up I was the classic "bright but scattered" kid. Creative, intuitive, always thinking in big-picture webs — and perpetually losing my keys. I winged it through school and early adulthood on charm and scrappiness. Then I had kids, and everything unraveled.
Motherhood broke all my old systems. The mental load, the sensory demands, the chaos — and for a while I believed the worst about myself. Lazy. Disorganized. Not cut out for this.
The truth was simpler and harder than that: my brain works differently. And the systems I was failing weren't designed for it. Once I stopped trying to fix myself and started understanding myself — everything shifted.
That's what I'm here for. Not to give you a better planner. To help you stop being at war with your own brain.
This is a space built on radical acceptance first, strategy second. Because you can't build a life that works for you while you're still convinced you're the problem.
You're not the problem. You never were.
