ADHD Support for Moms With ADHD

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just exhausted from living in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

I’m not here to give you all of the answers— I can’t. And that’s exactly the point.

The first thing I want for you isn’t a better planner. It’s for you to trust yourself.

Here’s what I know: ADHD moms have been taught to question themselves their whole lives. To measure up to systems built for brains that don’t work like ours. To feel the shame when it doesn’t work — and try harder anyway.

That loop is exhausting. And it costs you. It costs your kids too, because so much gets lost in the spiral of trying to do it someone else’s way.

What I know is that radical acceptance of how you actually are isn’t soft. It’s an act of defiance. Pushing back on perfectionism and Instagram-perfect mothering is hard, countercultural work. But staying in shame is harder.

This is where we start. Not with a new system. With dignity. With self-respect for your unique brain. And from that place, we figure out what actually works for you.
